Sales orders sync in from Shopify automatically and are read-only here (Shopify is their source of truth). POs, Expenses, and Inventory (on hand + unit cost) are fully editable — changes save straight to Airtable. Bank statements import as CSV or PDF. The dashboard reports in USD — orders use each order\u2019s live Shopify conversion rate (stamped from transactions exports; unstamped orders fall back to the board rate and are flagged), CAD expenses convert at 1/rate, and supplier POs are USD-native. GST/HST stays in CA$ on the Taxes tab, broken out by ship-to province (stamped from Shopify order exports); input tax credits are tracked there too — upload the invoice (CAD and USD kept separate, files attached in Airtable) or stamp straight onto bank rows, and the tab nets them against tax collected. Banking shows statement-native amounts. Comps ($0 / 100% discounted) are excluded from revenue and tracked separately.
